Welcome to Keith Rugby. We have been online and entertaining and informing the world since 1997 and we hope to be doing the same for many years to come.

Weekly updates of the results and match reports, plus photographs of the game and the after match session will also be uploaded every week to be added to the database of scores and results going back to 1995.
During the season, more parts to the web site will be added and upgraded, so please check us out on a regular basis.

BREWERY EVENING DATE CHANGED
Swede, as usual, has arranged another fabulous Brewery Evening with Stroudy for Thursday the 29th May at the Canterbury Lounge in the Canterbury Brewery on St Asaph Street.

You all know the drill, be there at 7-00pm promptly as the gates will be locked five minutes past the hour.
Be prepared to quaff a few ales and tell a few lies. All the usual stuff.

THE TIDE COMES IN AT THE SEASIDE. AND WE GET WET, BUT WE DON'T DROWN
A wee trip to the seaside was just what the doctor ordered on a beautiful fine late autumn afternoon. The Sumner boys, however, decided that we couldn't build a sandcastle on their patch, and got a ref to argue the point.
I wouldn't want the ref we had today to be signalling at an intersection when the traffic lights aren't operating. Confusion would reign. Never mind. Voluneers don't have to be perfect, just enthusiastic.
Unit and Lars will undoubtedly have some words of wisdom to impart to the boys at training on Thursday. Maybe a lesson on how to blow over at a ruck, or when to kick deep or some other trick they have up their sleeve to try and halt this mini losing streak before it before habit.

CATHOLICS TRY THEIR MUMBO JUMBO BUT TO NO AVAIL
Coming off a good win last week, we found ourselves with a huge target on our back which the Old Enemy were keen to hit full on in the middle. So our attitude towards the game was of vital importance. So I'm not sure quite what happened, but things didn't go well.

The visiting Argentine referee didn't help but as Frankie said, we don't need a ref on our side to win, we just need to play to our abilities. Unfortunately, we didn't and only just managed to scrape a draw.
Although if you ask Poodle, he'll say he won the game for us, but let's not try and second guess what goes on in a refs mind.

CHRISTIANS SLAUGHTER SARACENS IN ANGRY SHOUTING MATCH
Giving ourselves the best possible start to this, our 30th Anniversary year, was always going to be a difficult task against the Sydenham Saracens. They've dealt to us several savage blows over the last few years and as a result, they were over confident. And we were quietly prepared.
Poacher, Bayno, Toad and the rest of the backline took excellent ball from the forwards and kept on dotting down over the tryline which even the New Boys got in the act.

THE SEASON STARTS FOR THE 30th TIME
Get your gears on boys, because the 30th Anniversary season starts with a trip to the workers paradise of Sydenham Park. 2-45pm against the Sydenham Saracens.

They're a tough team, so we better have our game day faces on.
And afterwards. let's get everyones arse back at the clubrooms for a few beers.
